Not getting return credits for digital games I bought

I have purchased This War of Ours: Little Ones, Wolfenstein: Old Blood, as well as Technomancer, which put me over the first star threshold a few days before the other two purchases. My star percentage increased but I did not receive any credits. Please
explain or assist? Thanks.

Never get credit for my digital purchases

So i been signed up for XBL Rewards since it began. I would buy lots of digital games and DLC and i would get credit for it. But for the past 2 years or so I have not been getting credit for my purchases anymore.

I bought tons of games and DLC recently too and i still get nothing.

Any help please?

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

We calculate MyVIP payback as a monthly whole, and place it as pending in your account midway through the following month. This delay after the month is over is to allow purchases made at the end of the month to be fully processed. You should expect to see
the Credits pending by the 15th of the following month, as Smwutches says.

Before you get your hopes up: Returning games is bound to the store's return policy where you bought the games.

You don't get Microsoft Gift Card credit when returning the games. Depending on the store, you might not be able to return (opened) games at all.

So beware.

and why get upset at MS? They didn't make the game, nor did they publish it, nor do they own the studio...

if you bought with credit card, dispute the charge...or return it as defective...hard to believe you can't simply return or do these things...
