    Not getting points


    It says in xbox rewards buy state of decay 2 to earn 3000 points i have SoD2 but didn't get the points. How come?

    Not getting points

    If you download far cry 5 you get 6000 points and if you download Minecraft Xbox one edition you get 3000 points. I own both games but did not get the points at all.

    Unless you were referred by a friend, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing the survey.

    If you bought the items before the promotional period, you would not get the points, unfortunately.

    You can try contacting Microsoft Rewards customer support. However, if they were bought before the offers started, they most likely
    won't be eligible.
