Not getting points for purchases

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the Wildlands offer just started today, so if you purchased it today, it would be too soon to see those credits pending since it takes 96
hours before the program recognizes purchases. If you purchased it before today, it would have counted towards the Games on Demand punchcard and you would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Achievements only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer (like the current Dr. Rewards offer). In order to receive credits, you have to first purchase a specific game that is eligible for the offer and then earn a certain number of credits in
that game.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. However, keep in mind that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and will not award payback, as mentioned in the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default
rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
I can see that your purchases so far have carried you very close to your first star!

Also, you do not need any VIP stars to qualify for offers. MyVIP payback is to reward general, non-offer purchases that are eligible for MyVIP.

So i need to do an offer and get 1 star before I get rebates?
