Not getting points for games purchased through xbox or xbox.com

I have not seen any reward points being credited for the months of October and November based on my purchases. I know I purchased over $100 worth of stuff on black Friday. I just completed the December survey and received those points in around 24 hours
or so. Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you

Missing Rewards Points

I've purchased games through Xbox.com and through my Xbox One and I have not seen an increase in my points.

Reward points not received

Hello,

I received an email about getting 15k rewards points for purchasing new titles. In return I purchased Madden 18 through xbox but have not received any points.

We do not see any MyVIP eligible purchases in October. All your transactions that month were either free or redeemed from a token, and not purchased from the Xbox store. Regarding November, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Additionally, we see your December survey Credits pending. As mentioned in the confirmation screen for your surveys, this may take a day or two.

Are you trying to purchase something through xbox.com? A lot of purchases through there currently aren't possible due to the change from MS points.

You should be able to use the credit through your Xbox console though.

I'll be home in about an hour... I used the same exact credit card to make a purchase of points through Amazon.com, of course the charge went through fine and I have redeemed the points on the XBOX.COM website. When I get home I will try a 400 Point ($4.99)
purchase with the same card on the console and see what happens... I'll update later tonight.

The Redeem Code in the XBox Live menu on Xbox.com works so I am able Redeem prepaid codes however you can not purchase through that link which is what I would like to do. I will try purchasing through my console but would really like to be able to purchase
points through the computer.
