not getting points and cant sign

billing.microsoft.com and log in to your account.

Click "Profile" and verify entries there

I found posts from at least 2 people saying that somehow their names were not entered fully and that the marketplace worked after the names were corrected.

usually you talk withsupport for that as every case is different

does your payment option region match your account region if not than you need to get one

international credit cards must have a valid billing address in the region

paypal or prepaid creditcards also need a address matching thr region and billing info

Do exactly what they told you. Contact your provider and let them know. Also If it is not your account it could be possably closed or locked to secure no spending. You can read or remove your paypal account to. Are you tring to get the points from your XBOX
