Not Getting Owned Puzzles to download

I'm running the premium edition on windows 10. Today the game loaded incredibly slowly and had none of the puzzles I own. Normally I just click on downloadable collections and download them again. Today, It won't let me do that, telling me there are no new
collections available. Very weird. Anyone else having the same problem? Any ideas on how to fix this?

jigsaw puzzle downloads and daily puzzles

My puzzle downloads will not download after ducting my gold coins. The coins are taken and puzzles will not download. Also, the daily challenge puzzles will not download and this has been going on for the last two months. When will this be fixed. I really
enjoy the puzzles, but am getting tired of my free and downloadable puzzles not downloading.

Please fix this. Thank you

 

Microsoft Jigsaw

I paid for new puzzles, but they won't download. Can you help? Hate to close down this app, but getting tired for the new puzzles to download.

 

New wrinkle: This afternoon when I loaded the jigsaw software, I got one of those web pages telling me there was a new collection called Camping. When O went to dlownload the collection (thinking I could download the others as well, I still get the message
that there are no new collections.

 

After getting the pop-up telling me about the FAQ and to look up error 303019 (which I am not getting), I could not find the FAQ. So, I searched the net and found that error had 3 causes:

1. No internet connection -- not my problem.

2. no settings in firewall to allow store connection - nope, settings are good.

3. problem with MS store.

#3 looks like the problem. However, if they are not even reading these messages, how will the know they have a problem?

 

Wow, they did something! I actually got two of my owned puzzles to download. However, it hung up on the 3rd download and now I'm back to the old behavior. Sigh!

BUT They must be working on it.

 

Well, yesterday, I thought they had solved the problem or at least were making good strides. I could download my owned puzzles and even the new camping one. With careful planning I got about 10 puzzles loaded. Of course, I could only download 2 and it would
hang up on the 3rd try. I'd close the game and re-open and do two more and so forth.

Alas, today, I'm back to only having the two default puzzles and when I click on the download stuff it gives me a message that new puzzles were coming. Back to the beginning. Sigh.

 

what is going on with the Microsoft store? Everyday the behavior of the app changes but never gets fixed.
