    Not getting notifications on Xbox app


    Recently, I haven’t been getting notifications for when people come online on my Xbox app, it’s just randomly stopped working at one point in the day. I have the notifications turned on and I know it works because I get notifications for everything else, I have asked my friend and we have tested it and we aren’t getting notifications for when any of our friends come online so I know it’s not just me. Maybe it’s a problem with the app??

    I getting achievements but not the notifications on the xbox all the time however I am getting the notifications on my iPhone via the Xbox app.

    Its strange.

    Is there any date of when this is getting fixed? Same here with no notifications deleted and reinstalled the app. Checked Xbox setting and still not working.

    This is happening to me too and other people. It seems to be an issue on Microsoft’s end. It’s been like this for about two weeks now and the notification doesn’t appear on the console as well as the app. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
