Not getting my xbox rewards

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

When did you complete the tasks? It could take upto 72 hours to get the rewards after completion. I'll suggest you give it a bit more time.

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Please note for future reference that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process activity, so your purchase made on the 25th has not been processed.

By the way, It has been more than 96 hours from the bought, it was on xbox store.. why doesn't get answer?
