Not getting my Xbox Live Rewards

I have had an XBox Live account for several years. I am a member of the Live Rewards Program. Every month I am receiving emails telling me that I have 11,500 credits, but the emails say "Update your account to claim your rewards". I have checked my billing
and address information, and it appears to be correct. What I think may be causing confusion is that up until 2010, I lived in New Zealand. I now live in the UK. In my account there appear to be sub-accounts - a UK account, and an NZ account (which has my
NZ address from 6 years ago). I cannot find a way to delete the NZ address, but I really want to claim my rewards!!! Can someone help me with this problem? It has been going on for a couple of years, and although I have tried to get this resolved before, the
problem is still going on....

We see that we are currently picking up your UK account for your Microsoft Account. However, since you created your Rewards Account with a NZL Microsoft Account, this created a NZL Rewards Account for your profile. When you switched your Microsoft Account
to the UK, this caused a currency mismatch to arise between the regional currencies of your Rewards and Microsoft Account (we cannot deposit NZD into a GBP Account). Your Rewards Account is a separate account from your Microsoft Account, so changing regions
will not also change your Rewards Account region.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft
account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
, wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
