If you preordered Call of Duty this month, it would count towards your Games on Demand punchcard. You would need to purchase 2 more eligible games in order to receive credits.

In-game consumables (ops packages) are not eligible for credits unless there is a specific offer for them.

We have never directed you to opt out of your account. To do so will cause the closure of your account and is not the solution to your particular deposit issue, which we explained in your last post (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/128703F9-6386-403A-8CCD-428160893984).
The closure of your account will cause you to lose all progress on your Rewards Account, and is not recoverable. While we will be able to transfer any pending Credits from your old account to your new account, we will not be able to manipulate your
VIP progress in any way. We see that you have closed your last account. Once you have created a brand new account and your join by date no longer says "???" if you open up a new post, we will be able to transfer the Credits, but again, we cannot manipulate
MyVIP progress in any way.
