Hello support, I have been purchasing a few games digital to get rewards and haven't been receiving any. Some titles were suppose to give me extra rewards as well, but didn't get any. I would like some support to help me with my issue thank you.

Please help my reward points have not been added for the last 5 years have been member 07022013 .pay for two Xbox gold lives .my son gets his rewards but not getting mine. Rang support didn't want to know send me here feel very let down

Still an issue with rewards depositing

So, 6 months ago I posted here about my XBL Rewards credits not getting posted to my account. Was told there was an "internal database" problem and there was no timetable on getting it fixed. I had this same problem a couple years ago and it was resolved,
but then it evidently came back somehow. With XBL Rewards getting folded into Microsoft Rewards soon, I worry that I will not get credit for all that I'm owed. Can this issue please be resolved soon?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

We do not see any purchases that would be eligible for any offers.

There are no rewards given for tenure.

M sure there is part where it say we get rewarded for birthday anniversaries ect .... Like this year I got rewards for my birthday on February as a present and got anniversaries rewards for being 2years a member of Xbox Reward in March this year ..= Can
you check that again for me .

Haven't got any currency, that's the issue, I've been constantly purchasing digital content with no rewards and it just started happening this year. I've been in the program for years and this year i wasn't getting any currency rewards so i checked my account
to manually send my currency as you can once you get a certain amount of rewards.

That's when i seen i didn't have any pending currency, i should, i spend enough to know i should have had way more than enough to get currency by now.

The OP is ubber bitter over not getting a console, ridiculous.

I will say though, from starting my account on day one (it says 9 years, but that's because my CC somehow got jacked up and it took them 2 months to get it fixed....., so that cut off 2 months of my actual 10 year account) and a VIP rewards member and I
didn't get the helmet. I seen people getting the helmet that have 6 and 7 years on the service and not reward members. I just don't get how I didn't even get the helmet.
