Not getting my refund

There was a notice on the website a few weeks ago explaining that the refunds were taking longer.



Microsoft Xbox Refunds may take several business days, it depends on which payment method you used.

You can check the refund status on this page:

You can try asking for a refund again:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

I also recommend you contact Microsoft Store Support.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

If the refund was approved by Xbox more than 5 business days ago (taking into account that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days), and you have received an email notifying you of the approval, then please respond to that email. This is the only way to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

However, if you haven't received any email notification of your refund approval, you should contact Xbox Support directly for further assistance. They are the only ones who can help you with this problem.

If you're unable to contact Xbox Support through the provided link above because it indicates that there are no contact options available for that reason/categorie, please try using a different combination of categories/reasons until you see the live chat or request a call option. It doesn't matter if the chosen categories/reasons are unrelated to your problem; they have the capability to redirect you to the appropriate department after you explain your issue.

If you refund the skin, it should be removed from your locker.

Please, open a support ticket with Epic support.

Keep in mind refunds aren't immediate unless you use ms avvpunt balance
