Not getting my credits

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from
the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Keep in mind that we award payback on every 10.60 CAD. Since your MyVIP eligible purchases in March were beneath this amount, they were withheld to complete a 10.60 amount in a following month. Since the majority of your purchases have been consumables,
they have not completed any offers, and are not eligible for MyVIP payback.

As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it had not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you
are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page. Furthremore, from the FAQ on vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). We
see that the Credits for your purchase of Xmen are pending in your account. However, since you purchased Deadpool before this offer, it was not eligible for Credits. We can only reward eligible purchases made within the offer period.

Having the same issue. I wonder if it’s server side, I have 35,000 credits waiting.

I have the same issue. I have 14500 credits.

In order for support to check into it for you, you will need to post in the suppprt section of this forum

Keep in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and
30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.
