Recore would count towards the RoboRewards offer, but is not enough on it's own to meet the price requirement. You would need to purchase enough to meet the requirement ($59.99) to complete level 1 and receive credits.

No, it's a real promo. Per the terms of the offer you should get the credits 4 weeks after the purchase.

Credits are deposited int your account as currency by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between
the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

VIP rebates (your 8% back) are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So you will see credits for March purchases pending in a couple of weeks.
