    Not getting my 6,000 reward credits


    it says all you have to do is spend 60$ before March 31 in anything and you get 6,000 rewards credits. I have bought ghost recon wildlands $60 and marvel vs capcom 3 $25

    That's $85 so I have gone over the 60 you need to spend why haven't I got my rewards credits for it

    My points are not showing in my rewards program

    The 6,000+ points you're seeing on the Xbox is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. The program does not award credits based on gamerscore.

    We do not see either of these purchases for this gamertag. If you have just recently made these purchases, keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process purchase information from the date listed on your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account).

    The 6,000+ points you're seeing on the Xbox is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. The program does not award credits based on gamerscore.

    Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
