Not Getting Keys Earned for Community Bingo Challenges

Discus and support Not Getting Keys Earned for Community Bingo Challenges in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have not received any of the keys I have earned through power bingos even though several community challenges are complete.     Not Getting Keys Earned for Community Bingo Challenges


    I have not received any of the keys I have earned through power bingos even though several community challenges are complete. Please advise.

    Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

    Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

    Bingo community challenge

    Was playing the USA bingo and had enough credits to earn 100 keys when the community challenge was reached. That just happened and I did not receive keys.

    Please explain.

    Please at least tell us you are working on this.

    Still don't get any community bingo credit after a power bingo so I can't earn keys.

    I am having the same problems. I will make a bingo and not get any luggage to open. I also miss not being able to track how many keys I have earned by making power bingos. It makes the games much less enjoyable.

    1. The platform is Windows 10 on my Laptop.

    2. The keys were promised when the community reached the target.

    This has just completely put my grandson off playing and we haven't been back and probably won't. Don't like it when the goalposts shift and you have to push for what you were promised, hard to explain to a youngster.
