    not getting home screen update and i don’t know why?


    I’ve had insider installed on my xbox series s for a while and i’ve had it on my old Xbox for years, and for some reason i’m not getting the home screen update. I’ve joined the preview and when i try updating my console it says “no updates available” any tips or help?

    Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

    When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

    But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened

    Hello Lucas, thanks for your reply.

    I’m using an iPhone XS Max with the latest iOS (15.5)

    So once I finally got the app to connect to the xbox, it changes the phone to 4G from the original home Wi-Fi connection (automatically, I don’t change that).

    I connected the xbox to the home network, seems okay. Now each time I get to the screen that says the console needs an update, I hit next and it waits a while then I get that code error every time and have to reconnect to the console.

    Sorry, I don’t know what you mean about the NAT type - I can’t check anything on the console, there’s just the setup screen with the code displayed.

    I was able to sign into my mod menu just 30 minutes ago. And now this is happening. Go figure.

    I don’t have a home desktop or a laptop right now. And I cannot get past the first screen where the error keeps occurring.
