    Not getting gems?


    I have made at least £10 in transcations through fortnite alone this last month/two as well as ea access membership and xbox live membership? Why do i not get gems of these

    not getting messages?

    Yeh I have had a similar issue not getting game invites etc.. Not sure if this was because I was using a wireless signal and then plugged the ethernet cable back in and it seemed to work okay again!

    Has ne1 else been haveing problams not getting messages while they are playing game i sign out and right back in and i get the messages?

    Hello xXWIZARD FOOTXx,

    We award 10 Gems for every 8 GBP. Since you have not completed a 8 GBP spend amount, you have not received additional gems. Note that these 8 GBP amounts go back to the beginning of Gems in October, so part of your purchase in January may have gone towards
    completing a 8 GBP amount in a previous month. We do not give Gems for membership aside from the MyChallenges.

    Support will check for any missing gems, but keep in mind they just started on October 1 so you would not have been awarded for anything done prior to that date.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have reviewed your account, and can see that there are inconsistencies that match your examples. We have escalated this issue to our web team to investigate why your Gems are not correctly populating, and why your perks
    are not appearing as pending on your MyRewards page. Once they can provide us with more information, we will update this thread.

    Yeah, I understand that. However since then I've had a birthday, an Xbox anniversary, and have spent probably $300 in games.
