Not getting February quest rewards

my Xbox live ended the last day of February, and I haven't received my February quests rewards. I did all 3 steps, but haven't received anything. I've kind of not gotten Xbox live renewed because of this issue. Along with a few ongoing/continous issues out
of Xbox platform... Please get back with me, so we can atleast resolve this issue, so I can get back to enjoying some sort of entertainment while I'm Down. (Recent surgery has me unable to do much besides play video games)

I need support on getting my Xbox quest rewards for January and February.

Prizes from quests are given within the following month. If you don't receive anything by the end of March, you'll want to post in the sales and promotions forum.

 

I was told by support to post here. And it was January quests I didn' receive. I also didn' receive February either.

 

Support gets the 2 forums confused. Since quests are not a Rewards program offer, rewards support cannot assist. You'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum.

 

I did. Thank you. Xbox needs to get their stuff a bit more organized. This is absurd. I don't understand how support on phone can't fix the issue that support has to fix... mind boggling
