    Not getting emails from engage.xbox


    So recently Xbox sent out an email to its userbase informing them about xbox 360 games no longer being included with Games with Gold due to limitations. Anywho, I noticed I didn't get that email which lead me to check my inbox and I couldn't help but notice I haven't received a single email from xbox in over a year even though I am subscribed to their promotional emails.

    Anyone else ever bump into this? How can this be resolved?

    Zoli, see if you are registered to receive promotions this way.

    Enter the link, scroll down the entire page and look at the end of it for "Follow Xbox gamepass" with a symbol of a letter (email), click and activate the receipt of newsletters.

    If you still don't receive it, it may be a restriction from your email provider that is blocking you from receiving it.

    Yes, it's real. Like the post above says, anything from Engage.XBOX should be fine to click on. You can alternatively just go to xbox.com/beta if for some reason you don't want to click e-mail links. It takes you to the same page.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize but there is no option for us to check the email using just the Gamertag. It would be really best to get in-touch with them.

    Contact Preferences     to ensure that Microsoft / Xbox has the correct e-mail address for you and that you've checked the box for "Xbox Newsletter / Marketing" so that they will e-mail you.
