Not getting credits since August 2016

It seems like my rewards program stopped working some time in July 2016. From August on to today, my purchases are not generating any pending rewards. I checked my order history and the orders show up on my same Microsoft Account as I am using on the rewards
web site. Would you please help me retrieve the credits?

Hello!

I have more than 7,000 points and when I ask for the deposit to be made in my account, a warning appears asking me to update my personal data. I have done this update several times and this message does not disappear causing that the points are not deposited.
I have been having this issue since August and so far it has not been resolved.

What should I do after all ?????

Hello S1hane,

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

This yearly reset, which last occurred on September 2015, is why your payback stopped in August 2015. The next planned reset is scheduled to occur at the end of December, as indicated by our forum sticky.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided released on August 23rd, 2016. In order to qualify for the Human Revolution and the Missing Link DLC, you would have needed to pre-order on or before August 22nd 2016. Since you purchased the game on the 24th, unfortunately we are

Since you purchased the game on the release date, that would not be considered as a pre-order. This promotion specifically was for users who pre-ordered the game on or before August 22nd 2016 (the day before the game came out. Unfortunately we are unable
to provide codes since the game was purchased the day of release.

It's strange that my method of payment is not valid, since the day August 25, 2016 buy "Kinect Sports Rivals" and then I had no objection.
