    Not getting credit for console gaming or PC gaming last 2 days


    Daily gamer. After Monday I don’t get credit for games Console/ PC and game pass requests don’t fulfill two different consoles 3 different PCs and nothing. Going to miss out on those 4X points. Last time this happened it was one day a MS fixed it without opening an issue. How do I fix this?

    There’s no contact support in the app. I had to bing the issue to get here

    @Waldo the cost of the family plan was never $59.

    @GMG impossible to get a $5 every 10 days. With the exception of this last week you'd get maybe 26-30 credits a day combined with PC/mobile searches which still puts you short of 455 credits.

    The last PC game I played regularly was Command and Conquer Generals/Zero Hour, sure it wasn't to complicated to get up and running, but it's still easier on a console for the average gamer.

    I know gaming is generally better on PC, but consoles are just easier to deal with on a day to day basis for the average gamer.

    What you have to remember is, you build PC's and play a lot on PC's, someone who is new to PC gaming could very easily find it overwhelming.
