Not getting coin after my matches, and my season pass airdrop opened but I can't see any of my ...

Hello,

After I finish a match, I'm getting an error that says " results are taking longer than expected, press A to exit." Once I do this, I'm not getting any coin for my matches. Also, my airdrop that comes with the season pass wouldn't open, it just showed
the cog logo spinning and spinning, and now its gone and my packs aren't there.

I just got off of the chat with Microsoft and they referred me to you.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gears of War 4 Season Pass Activated but Starter Airdrop is missing

On 11/9/16 I purchased and activated a Gears of War 4 season pass. My season pass activated, I received the maps dry dock and checkout, and the Vintage JD booster. My starter airdrop arrived and was in my "unopened packs". I powered down my console, a day
later I logged on and all of my starter airdrop packs that were unopened disappeared. It now says I have 0 unopened packs. After contacting xbox support several time, [Mod Removed]
and posting to the official gears of war site, I am still missing my content and have no resolution. My gamertag is

You can see gears of war 4 season pass is activated and I do have an xbox live gold membership. Please help!

Hey, sorry.

I could have been way more specific. It's on Xbox, and it's the digital version. I've deleted my game, reinstalled it, removed my profile, reinstalled it and have still had no luck.

All my other games have been good, and this one finally stopped lagging after all the work they did on gears this weekend. But still no air drop. However, the credits have started appearing after matches again, that's a plus

Thanks for responding. To help resolve your concern with playing Gears of War 4 on Xbox One, refer to the solutions below:

Solution 1: Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 2: Clear MAC Address

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

Refer to this
link and perform the steps provided. Make sure to restart your Xbox One console before re-adding your Microsoft account on the Xbox One. Then, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 4: Reset your Xbox One to factory defaults

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting
your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. After its completion, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Hey Nomad, Sorry I took so long to get back, but I was able to try all of the steps that you laid out. Unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem. Is there a number that I can call to do this over the phone? XBOX Live customer service referred me here, and
when they said we could call Microsoft studios, it went straight to a voicemail and the agent ended the call
