    Not getting avatar awards earned


    I am not getting all of my awards in Minecraft, Fable 3, Battleblock Theater, World of Keflings and Portal 2. I have earned the achievements in the game, but the avatar awards are not unlocking. I've tried resetting my console, etc and nothing has worked.
    I would like to get the awards that I have earned, especially for the games that I have completed.

    Xbox avatar awards

    I have all of my previously earned avatar awards from 360 games available to me on my avatar editor app. The awards are linked to the gamertag, not the console.

    If you are referring to the tab under achievements,labeled AWARDS, it list all the avatar awards you have earned in games that have avatar awards (its like achievements for certain games). It just list all games that you have played that has avatar awards
    and the ones you unlocked. It is not a glitch

    Hey Rex485, That is a real bummer, at any time when these awards were unlocked were you playing not connected to the internet?

    If so I have some good news and some bad news

    First the bad, You will have to do the requirements to unlock those achievements and awards again.

    Now the good, To make it to where you can do those achievements again, Do things in this order delete your gamer profile off of your xbox. clear your cache (I know you said you did this already...but do it again to ensure no traces of stuff is left behind.)
    turn your console off, turn it back on, and redownload your profile. You should now be able to hopefully do the things you did to unlock them again.

    If it doesn't fix the issue let us know.

    The achievement isn't the problem, it's the avatar award that's linked to earning the achievement. I got the achievement but not the avatar award.

    No. To unlock avatar awards for another account the second account has to earn the achievement.
