Not getting assistance fast enough

Please note it has taken me months to find a phone number in Australia that wasn’t an automated service and I could speak to a real person but they weren’t from the right team and could only help me put in an online request for account reinstatement as I found this process too confusing and difficult. I have still not been contacted via the contact email or phone number left and cannot get the contact phone number of the correct team to reinstate my account immediately. As I have said I have legal documents I need to access via my live email account and I also have several purchases of movies and tv shows on Xbox live I cannot access. This has taken me far too long with no result and it is unacceptable that I am still locked out of my account.

oh also unlimited download isn't all that important so don't let that fool you most company's will offer a better deal than that but they use the unlimited download to catch the eye of people who do not know any better, to offer them less for more.

for instance my plan offers me 250 gig of data per month and I spend almost all my free time on the internet, I wont even put that number up because I am embarrassed of it, since I am unemployed again you can imagine how much that is. well anyways I do not
even come close to using all my data for any giving month. there fore unlimited d/l is useless.



oh and facebook kills bandwith so if your upload speed is slower, when your mom is on fb it will be excruciating and you will feel it

your upload is also crucial for watching youtube, not your download. to tell you the truth now a days d/l speed isn't so much important as to your upload speed. 2 should do but that is if your region even provides that. it really all depends on the hub in
your region and from what I under stand the internet is not so strong in Australia or places that are similar where they are more cut off to main stream society, or are out in the middle of no where such as Africa Antarctica and Australia.

Also you really can not get to great of an upload speed without paying 100-200 bucks or up once you get into greater upload speeds they start charging you for business class connections which are not cheap here in the US so I am guessing they are even less
affordable in Australia

Speed isn't *too* critical, believe it or not. A lot of modern games synchronize to the speed of the slowest connected player - but not all. Doing so helps prevent unfair advantages due to massive connection speed for one person. This is found more on consoles
than on PC games.

I would say that 1.5 Megabits would be on the 'low end' for speed. I don't know much about what the average connection speed is down there in Australia, but here in the USA it's been rising, and quick. 7-20 Megabits/second would be a good connection in the
USA.

I would recommend trying to find a connection that's MINIMUM 3 Mbps download, and 1 Mbps upload. If you do have to get a data cap to get a faster connection, go with at least 100 GB/month if available - 150 would probably be better.
