    Not getting any Xbox Live Rewards


    I have been a member of Xbox Rewards for years and I have noticed lately that I don't get any rewards. I have been stuck at 4,000 points for as long as I can remember. I would like to be able to be part of the rewards program but I feel like my account is
    not cooperating with me. Someone please help.

    Not getting any rewards

    hi guys keep getting my monthly xbox reward statement and keeps on saying I haven't earnt any rewards and the last statement that I can find is August 2016 which said I had earned rewards. Now if I'm right and I'm supposed to get points every time I spend
    on xbox live store then I haven't received anything for COD IW, DESTINY DLCs, DESTINY 2, BATTLEFIELD 1, ZOMBIE ARMY TRILOGY. Can you have a look and see what's gone wrong?

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account. If you can post any offers you're looking for credits from that will also help.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Rewards.
