Not getting any rewards for the money I've spent. Over 600 bucks

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
We see much less than $600 in spending on your account. Keep in mind that only purchases from the Xbox store are eligible for our program in most cases.

Rewards support will check here, but are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either need to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in
order to receive VIP rebates.

That's great! I really appreciate it, I've spent so much money via the Xbox store over last couple of years and could never understand why I've never received any rewards, I've never even received an email regarding rewards but I've been signed up to rewards
for a good while now.

I've got 115 games on the Xbox one yet on my rewards it says I've spent £0. It also says I've been a member of rewards since ???

Sorry, no. You have to pony up ten bucks for each change after the free one. I've spent too much money doing this myself.

^ please be more clear about your post. i've probably spent a couple hundred bucks through various services like psn or xbl money cards over the years, rather than using a credit card. and i'm sure i've used some of that credit for kind of in game purchasing
one time or another...
