Not getting any rewards back?

Hello, I've noticed the last few months that XBL Rewards seems to not be giving me any money at all back from what I was getting last year and even back in January I ended up getting $66 or so back from rewards which was nice. Just did the Red Dead offer
last Thursday to get points which still aren't showing up, and have spent over $200 the last month or two and I'm not getting any money back from my purchases even though I'm a 5Star VIP. I'm literally going to just spend less than I used to at this point
when you seemingly don't want to give me my 10% back.

I tried contacting your twitter support first, which was terrible by the way. They told me that I can't get any rewards back since I'm a 5 Star VIP which makes no sense at all. Literally fix the issue with this program and help me understand why I'm not
getting rewards back anymore.

Not getting any rewards

hi guys keep getting my monthly xbox reward statement and keeps on saying I haven't earnt any rewards and the last statement that I can find is August 2016 which said I had earned rewards. Now if I'm right and I'm supposed to get points every time I spend
on xbox live store then I haven't received anything for COD IW, DESTINY DLCs, DESTINY 2, BATTLEFIELD 1, ZOMBIE ARMY TRILOGY. Can you have a look and see what's gone wrong?

not getting any rewards

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Since MyVIP is calculated as a monthly whole, it would also be too early to see Credits for July.

Regarding your Red Dead purchase for Throwback Thursday, we are currently recovering from a purchase data delay that caused processing for purchases made around the end of June and the beginning of July to be delayed. Apologies for the inconvenience. We
are working with another team to get this information caught up as soon as possible, and hope to have purchases from that date range calculated shortly.

Support will check into it and post back, but keep in mind that as of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

You must do the surveys to earn survey Credits. Since the only survey you have completed recently is this month's, that is the only recent survey Credits on your account.
