    Not getting any promo codes from xbox


    Hello. For a while I've been getting messages from Xbox with SMITE promo codes. But recently, I haven't. But my dad has. He doesn't play the game and it's under my account. I can't redeem these either as they don't work on mine. It's really annoying me
    and I'd love to redeem these. Thanks.

    i don't receive 3 months of free promo code.

    I also have not received any promo code from this same promo event. I thought it was just gonna be considered free and not have to get a promo code. Money has been taken out. Didn't get a email or nothing about this promo so i have no way of knowing if
    it ever meant through.

    I did it through Xbox one.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on a promo code. If you check your messages, then go to Xbox live messages. The promo code should be there. Any promo codes I get are always in my Xbox live messages.

    I want my 15 bucks in credits now, not in six weeks

    The promos are to get you to purchase gold from Microsoft. Since prepaid codes would not be a purchase from Microsoft it would not qualify. Also, in order to get the promo, you have to select the subscription you want to purchase from the ad with card you
    will get back. The redeem code option does not have any options to get money back.
