    so this is my second post as i cannot find my old post and i dont know why i dont get any email notifactions but i did multiple missions and the

    Pre-order the hottest games, get 15,000 Rewards Credits one and i still didn't get any points. I have mostly every new game on my account. and still no rewards, no points.

    i have spent so much money in December and January on the xbox one store and i am not getting any points and my rating is not updating

    Hello XDRogueAssassin,

    You are registered as a US Rewards member. Since all your purchases were made in a non-US currency (GBP), they were not eligible for Rewards.

    Hello Rahraken,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    We no longer award achievements/gamerscore unless as part of a special offer.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases eithet have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold. Achievements only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer.

    you get your stored points from rewards the 1st and 15th of every month so you probably just have to wait..
