Not getting any points for my purchases

I've made plenty of purchases since I joined this program but havnt gotten a single point, help?

For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the Wildlands offer just started today, so if you purchased it today, it would be too soon to see those credits pending since it takes 96
hours before the program recognizes purchases. If you purchased it before today, it would have counted towards the Games on Demand punchcard and you would need to make 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive the credits.

 

Not getting points for purchases

Out of past couple games I HAVNT got any points for purchase Gamertag got email saying buy wildlands and didn't get points for that also serveral other games

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

So i need to do an offer and get 1 star before I get rebates?

 

You need at least 1 star in order to receive the rebates, but you can complete other offers on the site in order to receive credits.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default
rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
I can see that your purchases so far have carried you very close to your first star!

Also, you do not need any VIP stars to qualify for offers. MyVIP payback is to reward general, non-offer purchases that are eligible for MyVIP.
