Not getting Ancient coins on SoT account with Bing points

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Unfortunately, the coins you purchase or redeem through Microsoft will only appear if you play on the Xbox version of the game. Even if you use the same email address on Steam, that content is not shared with the Steam version of the game.

You cannot trade points for Ancient Coins directly, but you can use your points for an Xbox gift card which then can be used to purchase Ancient Coins from the in-game store.

Hello, Evan. Yes, the coins are credited directly in the game. So, if you redeemed the code on the desired account, you should be able to see the coins reflected on your Xbox once you open the game with that account.

Note: Checking your account on Steam will not work, because ancient coins are not transferable between marketplaces.

In this moment I have not received my 1100 Ancient Coins that I buyed from my second account for my primary one.

In this moment I have just 140 Ancient Coins and the other 1100 that I buyed from the second account have not been transfered in my primary account.Is because of a delay?
