    Not Getting all Reward Points / Credits


    ive been making purchases like the digital DeLux edition of CoD IW and other $60-$80 games within the last deposit date (september) to now and i havent seen any reward credit / points for this and neither can the Xbox Support Rep im on the phone with now.
    help please. thanks.

    really?

    I signed up for rewards months ago, realized yesterday i wasn't getting any credits or points, I buy games and movies all the time, checked the rewards page, for example i bought rogue one over the weekend, no credit, I bought gears 2 weeks ago.... no credit...
    I think I must be in a broken part of the system and not getting credit for the things I buy

    my Xbox live rewards points are way Lower then what they should be and im not getting credit for the things i buy

    Not Getting all Reward Points / Credits

    Hello Long Live MW2,

    We see multiple deposits in your account that you have used. You can see all Credit and deposit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, if sorted/viewed by lifetime. You can then confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account)
    where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    Keep in mind that Rewards Credit deposits are a promotional currency which have priority, so your purchases using your Microsoft Account as the payment method have used these deposits first.

    Not received reward points

    Reward points are usually credited to an account on the 15th & 30th of each month, provided the account user has 100+ points pending at the time of the credit date.
