Not getting all my rewards

I have had an x box live account for a long time. When I was on the 360 my gamer tag was coolexpert1098 now that I'm on the x box one my gamer tag is . I purchased a 1 year gold membership in April 2017. Under my challenges one of the challenges
was to have x box live gold for three consecutive months. I have a year of x box live gold and it has been active for over 7 months now. My question is, why have I not received my reward of 100 gems for having gold for three consecutive months ? I would like
to also know if I haven't been rewarded for other things that I should have been because it just seems like I've played an awful lot to not have anything. please let me know something as soon as possible and what needs to be done to fix this.. Thank you ...

We are currently investigating user claims that achievement tracking for Warframe may not be awarding correctly. We have alerted our platform team of this, and are currently awaiting their response. We'll update this thread once they complete their investigation.

As Smwutches says, your purchase will go toward the Games on Demand punchcard, which requires the purchase of three games in order to complete the offer and receive 15,000 Credits. Keep in mind that it takes our system up to 96 hours to process activity,
so any recent purchases may not immediately show a punch.

Gems started on October 1. So you would not have been rewards gems for anything done prior to that date.

Gems were only created on October 1st. It is not possible to reward activity done before they existed, as mentioned in the FAQ:

It sounds like you may not be aware of how the program currently works. You may wish to get a quick refresher by perusing our FAQ, but essentially, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you neither completed any offers or have any MyVIP stars, you have not earned any Credits.
