    I have yet to receive my local currency deposit on the points I have accrued. It always asks me to update my account info, but when taken to the page to do so, everything is correct. How does this get fixed, I have over 14,000 points and would like to
    make use of this program.

    No deposits to account

    Hello FourNinjaToads,

    Our Rewards program is only able to deposit currency into a valid Microsoft payment account. Since you do not have an available Microsoft Account available for use as a payment method, our deposit cannot complete (we cannot deposit into Credit Cards). In
    order to receive your Rewards Credits as currency, you will have to create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit into.

    Cant deposit my credits into currency. And every month its getting rescheduled even though i press the deposit in the next date . It doesnt . Plz help

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. Since this is an issue with internal data, adjusting your user information will likely not have an effect. We apologize for the inconvenience,
    and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    It says my account info is wrong but it is not

    We deposit currency based off your Rewards Account region. Since your Rewards Account region is set to Great Britain, these deposits are attempted in GBP. However, since you have been spending in multiple different currencies, the deposits have been failing
    since we cannot deposit one regional currency into a different regional currency. Your last deposit failed when we attempted to deposit GBP into a CHF (Swiss Franc) billable account. In order to ensure a proper deposit, you will have to spend in your Rewards
    Account region to ensure that the regions are matching.

    Credits in your Rewards Account will not expire. Once they are deposited into your Microsoft Account as currency, they are labeled as promotional currency and will expire one year after their deposit. Apologies for the inconvenience while our commerce team

    Hello dreday84,

    It looks like when we attempted to deposit into your account, you had recently purchased using a different regional currency. Therefore, when we attempted to deposit the regional currency associated with your Rewards Account into your Microsoft Account,
    it raised an error since your Microsoft Account was still configured to an alternate regional currency. I see now that you are back to using the regional currency associated with your Rewards Account, which should allow your next deposit to complete successfully.
    Please keep in mind that using multiple regional currencies can cause these deposit errors to occur, which is why we only track and reward one regional currency.

    Hello InFeRnO Phxntom,

    These Credits were deposited into your Microsoft Account as currency on May 24th. You can see a record of your deposit and Credit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Once you are above 5000 pending Credits, you are automatically scheduled
    for a deposit. You can then confirm these deposits as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Since promotional currency
    is used first from your Microsoft Account, this deposit was used as part of your UNO purchase.
