NOT GETTING A CONFIRMATION CODE FROM OUTLOOK

Just to confirm, are you using an Outlook email for your old account?

Greetings! Please Help. I had Winning codes issued from Xbox in my Hotmail account associated with my gamer tag. Microsoft Auto converted hotmail to Outlook now ALL my emails have disappeared. Many Outlook accounts suffered same fate. Deadline to redeem
codes is Friday February 28. I need codes reissued as this is not my fault & direct result of parent company Microsoft conversion error. Have been calling Microsoft, Outlook, Office, Xbox & Mcdonald's customer support & given run around since February 24th.
Please help.

Sadly, there is no way to verify what code was sent to which person; there is also no way to resend the code. Some e-mail sites (such as outlook) will let you recover e-mails that were removed from trash/deleted items folder.

Sorry, I should clarify, I mean when you are receiving security codes at xbox.com. I could potentially be wrong about the outlook domain, but I was pretty sure it was included. LIVE and Hotmail I'm positive don't do it, because when you sign into the account
on xbox.com, and attempt account management, and it needs to verify you are you, it would be pointless to verify the person by sending it to the same email used to login, because if that email was compromised, it would be a self defeating security check. You
can, however, receive the website verification code at a different Hotmail or LIVE email than the one you're logging in with. I'll have to research a bit more to confirm this for outlook emails.

It is possible from any page where you can log in with your Outlook or Hotmail account, regardless of the domain, just remember that you may be asked for security codes either by associated mail or phone number or passkey
