    Not getting 8% rewards for purchases when Im vip rank 4 with xbox live gold


    So I have xbox live gold and I am VIP rank four with the rewards program but for some reason it is only giving me 4% bonus even though I am a xbox live gold member. I know for sure it did it this month I think it did it last month too. This happened before
    and you guys had fix it it was doing it because I bought a card and didnt have an actual subscription set up but I still pay the normal amount so they fixed it last time. I just bought a year card and it started in oct. or nov. so it might be from then when
    it stopped giving me 8% and went back to 4%

    No rewards for purchases last two months

    I have not received any rewards for purchases in the past two months. The last time I received rewards for purchases was in March. I normally receive 8% back each month because My VIP Star Rank is 4.

    Renewed Xbox Live with cards not with Credit Card

    I just renewed my Xbox Live with 2 cards (now i have Gold until 2019) i got from Costco but my Rewards VIP says I get 4 % back from Digital Purchases, shouldn't I be getting the 8 % back since I am a Gold Member still? Or should I be just waiting till My
    Rewards Account updates or I had to buy Xbox Live Membership with an Credit Card online to continue to get my 8 %.

    on orders that were placed in December as stated I would receive more

    as a 4 star gold at 8% than the Punchcard reward

    To get credited for xbox rewards you actually need to purchase a plan. the prepaid gold membership do not qualify for the promotion. You qualify now in rewards for the first marketplace purchase, or staying gold in the month of ____ 5% back of purchases(
    is a temporary when you are gold) and watch a movie on Netflix also refer a friend into the program. Now in case you by the actual annual membership from you xbox console or xbox.com you will qualify for the points and some VIP offers. Good Luck.
