Not-Free Game Whit Gold

Teniendo una cuenta con suscripcion Live Gold, no puedo descargar uno de los Games Whit Gold de este mes (Rayman 3 HD) de forma gratuita. Al proceder como de costumbre para descargar el contenido, me pide que pague el juego, cuando deberia aparecer Gratis.

I have an account with Live Gold subscription but can not download one of this moth's Games Whit Gold (Rayman 3 HD) for free. By proceeding as usual to download the content, it asks me to pay the game, where it should appear Free.

Your best option would be to go to log into the website (account.xbox.com) on a computer to add the game through there.

I would also log into your microsoft account and verify you have Xbox Live (Gold).. There might be something wrong with payment... My CC expired and didnt realize..

purtroppo anche a me lo da a pagamento invece di essere gratis. Sia dalla console che dal browser. Non so cosa fare. La cosa strana è che mi indirizzava sul sito in giapponese non in italiano. Speriamo che risolvano.

That's my plan. I'll check the page one a day and if the problem is not fixed the last week we're able to get it, i'll have to contact them ('cause Rayman 3 is a must have xd)

Any way, actually i want to know if anyone else have the same problem.

 

Yes as predicted it is a known issue, you can keep an eye on this page here:
https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status to see when it is resolved. It is also happening to me and many others.

 

It's a known problem. The teams are working on it.
