    Not feeling rewarded.....


    Lots of activity on my system ....but according to my dashboard I dont have any activity....and my pending items are two years old....NOT FEELING REWARDED. Doing my part best is called MS on the topic....got sent to a forum room for a resolve as opposed
    to being serviced by one of the three reps ive given all my details with and being dropped twice by their system.

    I have not been rewarded for any of the three consecutive months of surveys or for renewing my xbox live service.

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    As far as the survey challenge, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so they can check into it for you.

    We only do an automatic deposit at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you have not received your pending Credits as a deposit. If you would like, you can request a deposit manually for the next available deposit date since you
    have at least 1000 pending Credits. You can do so from the MyRewards page.

    We also see that you have usage stats for games and apps in the MyStats on the MyDashboard.

    In order for support to check into your account, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you
    need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
