Not exactly a question, rather a 'fessing up lol

You guys are probably aware of my previous posts regarding my inabilty to play my downloaded games. Well I finally got my brain in gear. Difficult sometimes as I'm past my sell by date lol...Anyway, after my soft factory reset due to my thinking I'd screwed
things up trying to use a Thrustmaster wheel, that I subsequently discovered was not compatible with the Xbox one anyway, which landed me with the black screen of death problem. Or so I though anyway. I went through the signing up process again and as I previously
mentioned I still had my games but could not play them. I still had this nagging doubt that my problem was down to the Microsoft technical issue. So I decided to do another soft factory reset, but this time making sure I was using my original E-Mail addresss
for the Microsoft sign in because I was beginning to think I'd used the wrong one on the last reset and actually created a different account.

And I was right...Once I signed up to the correct account ie E-Mail it was all systems go again. I now have all my downloaded games operational..What a dipstick!, right. I must make sure my lift goes to the top floor in future..I mention all this. red faced
as I am., as a pointer for all abolute newcomers to the console scene. Live long and prosper...Brian

Thanks for letting us know you were able to get it all cleared up. You are not the only one that has used the wrong email, as I have done it also. As this issue has been resolved I will change this to a discussion if you like or I can go ahead and lock this
thread up to you Brian.

Haha I'm just happy you figured it out, Sometimes we miss the simple things, I've done the same thing. That's why we ask a lot of basic questions when trying to help others.
