    Not entirely sure with Xbox Support Gamer advice


    I've read the rules, and I don't think this belongs here, but I was told by an Xbox Support Gamer to report it here.

    I was falsely mass reported by a group of kids from an Overwatch lobby and they got my profile picture removed. I initially checked the enforcement website (which said there was no enforcement), then spoke to an Xbox Support Gamer who gave me amazing help, but he told me to post evidence of this on here, but I'm not sure if Reddit is the best place to be sharing account names and details etc. I have all the evidence, time, date and accounts included (as many account names I could remember) but I just don't know if this is the correct place to share it.

    Edit - background information: my profile picture was just a photo I had taken of a few rocks stacked up on a local beach. There was no way it breached any rule to my knowledge.

    No one's entirely sure how the 3 months are getting dished out. If you haven't received all or part of the compo then the advice is to call support and see what's happening with it. Check your e-mail contact details are up to date too.

    I received advice not help. Help suggests that I found said advice to be beneficial. I am still working on this unsolved problem. Again I read through the entire Enforcement page concerning Case Reviews and I am unable to submit one. Xbox support is a joke.

    Ouch, that's not good. I'm not entirely sure you'd be able to recover the account now then. However, just to be certain I'd recommend contacting Xbox Support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for more help.

    I finally got the chance to talk to Microsoft. I'm not entirely sure the problem is sorted but we may be on our way to getting it dealt with.
