not earning rewards points after completing achievements for punch cards

Please clarify if you are referring to the gamerscore, or bing/Microsoft rewards points.

gamerscore is earned by unlocking achievments in games, and can not be redeemed for anything, it is purely a representational figure

bing/Microsoft rewards points are earned by searching on bing, doing quizes, completing punch cards, etc and can be redeemed for a range of things: https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/

No, it's broken for everyone until they fix it on the back end. Wait awhile and pop another one to see if it's fixed. Im in the same boat

The "v for victory" monthly reward wont trigger after earning 5 achievements on forza 5.

still not heard back about the support ticket I raised but I looked at today and it only required one achievement in total to completed so, they must have fixed the issue and reduced the achievements required for the punch card after getting another achievement in Forza, I was finally able to complete the "v for victory" punch card

* Before this I had done four in guilty gear one in Gang Beasts, so had to do six in total to get the points

You earn the points as you earn the achievements during that offer, not after the offer.

That is all good, however; there is a new quest for State of Decay 2.

After activating the punch card, I got all 3 of the new achievements, rented a movie and still this will not give rewards points.

This is only one example of rewards app points being withheld and MS support only closes my tickets without doing anything to fix the problem.

I've gone through every step to correct the problem that is given up to an including resetting my console and all I have gotten in return is "closed support tickets" and time lost for all the steps taken to correct the problem which amounts to a total of about 15000 rewards points.

Anyway, it is obvious there is not going to be a positive outcome to this problem so I can see no reason to continue wasting my time with the Rewards App.
