    xbox 1 is not displaying anything. It powers on, but only a black screen displays. When I hard press the xbox button to shut down, it displays the "shut down console" and the "shut off controller" options, otherwise, it appears to have been bricked.

    Achievement tab not displaying anything

    Hello,

    Since yesterday, the Achievements tab on my profile is not displaying anything other than the "Get your game on!" message. My games and scores seem to have vanished. My gamerscore is unaffected as is the ability to unlock new achievements. I can also
    see my achievements through the snap app. I have tried a hard reset, redownload of profile etc but nothing seems to have worked.

    I would appreciate if there is a way to promptly resolve this issue.

    If you have tried different HDMI cables and the steps in Troubleshooter for blank screen
    ,it sounds like you need to

    Request a repair

    If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to
    Device Services to submit a repair request.

    You can try an offline update using a USB flash drive. The instructions for that are here

    If you can't factory reset it you can still send the console off for repairs.

    Hey there Emperor Woody and Alan Wake FR.

    There was an issue with this recently but it should be cleared up now. If you're still having trouble please let us know :) If you haven't tried already a power cycle can help clear this up. Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds and then power it back
    on.
