Not Credited for 1+ year of Xbox Live

I have been a member of Xbox Live Rewards since its inception, and have activity that dates back to 2013. I have paid 9.99 a month for the past year and a half, and have not recieved any reward credit. I also just redeemed a 3 month code last week.

xbox live family pack stolen account

well not really if you read the faq

you do not get 4 codes or 4 1 year memberships

if you use 1 or 2 or3 or 4 accounts you only get 1 1year membership per purchase

4gamertags will have 1 year of membership not including credited time if there was preexisting gold membership when the family plan was created as long as they are in the family plan

I use this account to ask you why my credit card are being credited for a subscription for a 1 year xbox live that i dont know the email or the password and that i cant get help

That is not true. Unless there's been very recent changes, the free 1-month trial should not need credit card information. You only need a windows live account set up online, and use that to join to xbox live. Once your 1-month trial runs out, you can purchase
3-month or 1-year cards in store and redeem code, without need for a credit card or paypal.

Can't use a gift card to buy Xbox Live Gold. You must use a credit or debit card or funds from a PayPal account to do so. In addition you can buy a 1 month or 3 month or 1 year Xbox Live subscription card and redeem that via the website or console.
