    Not credited 50,000 Rewards Credits after buying Xbox One S through Xbox Rewards.


    I got an email which explained I could earn 50,000 Rewards Credits when you buy an Xbox One S and get
    FREE expedited delivery when ordering an Xbox One S through the Microsoft store and have not received any reward credits yet and it has already been well over 15 days since the console arrived at my door.

    This is the code I used for free delivery: np787d83t

    Console bought: Xbox One S

    My order date: 15th December 2016.

    My Arrival date: 16th December 2016.

    Missing reward credits: 50,000.

    The terms an conditions of the offer which I fully meet and have met:

    Missing rewards credits

    I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S as part of the 50,000 rewards credits offer, but have still not been credited any points. Can someone help to credit my missing points?

    For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.
    Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

    I also have the same question. I just bought a boatload of games for the holidays but I'm not seeing any Rewards credits or points. I got the 50,000 points for buying an Xbox One S but I haven't seen anything other than that.

    Didn't receive $50 gift card or proper amount of rewards points for Xbox One S order

    Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
    post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.
