    what if you dont want to play online with others. I'm trying to play plants vs zombies but my son who is 8 doesnt get online. The only way to play this game is with a gold script and no other way?

    The error is correct

    It is telling you the correct error

    You are not able to make the purchase on the website or xbox one on a child account of way is to make it on an xbox 360 with the appropriate parental permissions or an parental account with gold

    Thanks. The next thing to check would be permissions. Does your account have the permissions set to allow others to join your games? Are the other peoples permissions correct?

    If it's Plants vs. Zombies you don't need gold to play it. If it's Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, then that is an online only game so gold is required.

    Go to this page.

    https://account.xbox.com/en-GB/Settings

    Go to privacy and check all the tabs to make sure you have ALLOW set on the one needed to share your profile with the Fifa servers.

    Usually its the one that says SHARE MY PROFILE.

    Do you know if the birthdate on his account is correct? He shouldn't need parental permissions as he was promoted.
