    Not sure what is going on. My console won’t connect to my WiFi. It’s been about a week already. I know I have the right password, every other device connects right away. Need a answer

    360 Slim Doesn't See Network

    My Xbox360 Slim wont see my wireless network. Every other device in my house connects to the network flawlessly. My Xbox occasionally sees my neighbours network. To be clear, it's not that my Xbox won't connect to the network, it usually claims there are no networks to connect to. Any help?

    Oh. and both my PC and Xbox one are connected to the network with a cable. They aren't connected wireless.

    if your Xbox is wired and your phone is on the wireless side are you sure they are in the same network? On my home setup my Xbox and PC are wired while all the wireless connections are in a different network. If they are not in the same network it will
    not connect.

    I'm afraid its an Arris fault, you could look at an alternative way to connect, can you connect wired? If not you could use powerline adapters/homeplugs? Or maybe you have a wireless pc/laptop close to the Xbox?

    You're not getiing DHCP service from from your router. I would suggest Resetting the Factory (Network) Settings. Tap on the silver Guide button again, go two clicks to the right, choose Settings, System Settings,

    Network Settings, then choose your connection (WIRED if Ethernet, otherwise the SSID of your WiFi connection), then Configure Network. Copy down the settings

    for IP (auto/manual, IP address, subnet mask and gateway) as well as DNS (auto/manual, primary DNS server, secondary DNS server), then go one click right to

    Additional settings. If anything is _not_ blank or Not Set, make a not of those settings as well, then go to the bottom and choose Restore to Factory Defaults

    and confirm. Then power down the console, wait 8 secs or more, power back up and reconnect.
