    Hi -

    I am getting the message "Go online, then try again" when I click on a game to play however when I check the network connection, it says my console is connected to the internet. I have tried to disconnect and then reconnecting to our network as well as
    unplugging console to restart but it doesn't work. Any suggestions??

    Not Connecting to XBox LIVE

    So I can't connect to LIVE this morning. Ran a network test and my XBox is connecting to the network, the network is connecting to the internet, but from there it's not connecting to XBox LIVE. My brother-in-law has his XBox and TV in the same room and he's
    connected fine, my computer is connecting to the network fine, and LIVE status says it's up and running. Any ideas?

    Xbox cannot connect to live

    I just ran a connection test and it says that from the xbox to my network is working but it showed an error when my network was connecting to the internet. my internet and router is working fine though

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    Thanks, but that didn't work... it wouldn't let me re-add the account after it started up again. This is the message - "Try again later there was a problem, and we couldn't continue. (0x80a40019)"

    Totally stumped on what to do...any thoughts?

    Thanks, but that didn't work... it wouldn't let me re-add the account after it started up again. This is the message - "Try again later there was a problem, and we couldn't continue. (0x80a40019)"

    Totally stumped on what to do...any thoughts?

    can connect to the internet but not xbox live

    When I run a test on xbox live everything is working and fine. Everything under Your Network Status is working Network, Internet, and xbox live all say connected. Everything under LIVE status - Service, Marketplace, Accounts, Matchmaking all say Up next
    to them.

    I have even used a friends xbox live account on my xbox and that signs into xbox live with no problem at all.

    Same here. Was working about 2 hours ago, now Xbox reports that network and internet are fine but can't connect to Xbox Live, no matter what I try, restart or restore to factory defaults. Status page says Xbox Live is up, though.
