Discus and support Not being sent a code. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I've checked spam. I've checked Junk Emails.     Not being sent a code.


    I've checked spam. I've checked Junk Emails. All i want to do is play some damn MC and it wont send me a code nor give me the option to use my Phone Number to recieve one either. Why does it do this? I was logged in perfectly fine literally hours ago.

    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your account.

    This thread is several months old.

    Please create a new thread detailing your situation along with any error codes/messages you see and troubleshooting steps you've taken so that we can provide you individual support.

    A few things to include for clarity,

    • What code are you not getting? The two-factor authentication code?
    • Are you getting the code sent to your phone or e-mail?

    Verification Code not being sent.

    Unfortunately, these emails seem to give a lot of us problems. It's like you have to try at random times in order for the email to go through.

    If you needed to update some items right away, you could still do so with the help of a Billing Agent by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    A few months ago I once tried to update my info, went to the billing site, was told to check my email for a code but I never got one.

    One week later I get the email but it looks like the code is no longer valid.

    It's odd because 2 days ago I went to the billing site again and I got the email right away.
