    Ive already posted this problem just about a month ago. I purchased a Limited Edition Gearts of War 4 Xbox One S console and was never given any rewards points for the purchase. No credits from XBL Rewards, nor Microsoft Rewards. Ive contacted both parties,
    Microsoft Rewards tells me its not their problem, and links me to these forums to take it up with XBL Rewards, who in return tells me the same thing, how it is not their problem and to take it up with Microsoft Rewards. I have been an Xbox supporter/customer
    since 2004, and i dont appreciate being given the run around over this. i have purchased the xbox original, 3 xbox 360s, and 2 xbox ones, i have spent a lot of my hard earned money on your harware and software over the years. I have gone through 3 xbox 360s
    due to red rings, disc drive issues, and the works. To purchase multiple consoles over the years, and remain a gold subscriber for about 12 years now across console generations and multiple xbox live accounts, this just bothers me. I been a loyal customer
    for over a decade now and i cant even get a straight answer over this. Please resolve this issue for me. The last person to answer my post was : "XBLRewards8". Thanks.

    Credits not being given

    Hello Hybrid x RaiDz,

    That offer is only for purchases in March. Furthermore, you must opt in to the offer for us to start tracking purchases towards that offer. Since your purchase of Ghost Recon was in February, it was not eligible for this offer (it did award a Games on Demand
    punch). Since you opted in on the 8th, your purchase on the 1st of For Honor did not go toward this offer, but did go towards the Warrior Rewards offer that is currently active.

  3. Credits not being given

    Keep in mind it takes 96 hours for purchases to reflect on the website and you also needed to "activate" that offer prior to making the eligible purchase.

    The reward team will review your account and reply to you here, they work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    Since you reference Microsoft Rewards multiple times in your previous post at (Not being given credits for purchases), we directed
    you to address them for any particular offers that they may have offered. However, we also informed you that Credits from our offer should take up to 15 days to appear. Please note in the future that Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are not associated,
    and we are not fully informed on each others offers. We still cannot assist you with Microsoft Rewards for your purchase from the store ("but on my bing rewards account it says earn 1 point per $1 spent in the store"), as that is not our program.

    I have confirmed that your purchase was not tracked correctly, and will adjust your account to reflect your purchase. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week, at the latest.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that if you preordered any of the games before October 1, they would not be eligible.
